Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], October 14 (ANI): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said that inclusion is the key for prosperity and the government’s efforts are focused on ensuring all members of society participate in Jammu and Kashmir’s developmental journey.
He said this while delivering a address on the 45th Foundation Day of the J&K Samaj Kalyan Kendra’s School for the Hearing Impaired in Jammu on Monday.
LG called for the implementation of inclusive rehabilitation measures and emphasised the importance of ensuring equal opportunities in education and employment for empowerment and a dignified life for people with special abilities.
The Union Territory Lieutenant Governor also stated that, over the past few years, the government’s efforts have focused on ensuring that all members of society participate fully in Jammu and Kashmir’s developmental journey and that people with special abilities are able to unlock their potential and contribute to greater prosperity and social stability.
